Past Ventrilo QuestionsShow/Hide Spoiler
Question 1. How do you change the volume you get from people and vice-versa?
Answer 1. If someones voice is too loud or soft go to the Setup section and change the inbound. Increase inbound if their voice is too quiet, decrease if too loud. If people say you are too loud lower your outbound and if they say you are too quiet increase your outbound.
Question 2. I have a MAC, can I still use Ventrilo?
Answer 2. There are certain channels that now use the Speex Codec because MAC's don't let you use the GSM 6.10 Codec which is the best a Ventrilo server offers. However, if you have a MAC you won't be able to go into certain channels because of the Voice Codec issue.
