Full Version: The Noob vs X CPUs Challenge

Kill as many cpu's as possible in a melee game.

A few basic rules:

-any blizzard map EXCEPT Hunters and Big Game Hunters.

-no WORKER pull! Meaning you can't harass with your drone/scv/probe and have the moron cpu follow it.
-no CHEATS

-any SPEED setting allowed

-played on Lan mode or Bnet. The reason for this is to prevent the replay from glitching, i've learned it happens quite often with multiple computers on single player mode.

Replay must be sent in for validity.

Hey I found another use for this awesome.

Replay for 'validity'? Fuck that shit I ain't sifting through all my reps vs comps. Guess I'm void.

well...not so much validity, but just a proof that you've done it. But this isn't a contest. If you wanna just post how many you've beaten, map, matchup and strategy used, that's fine too. The point is to find out how many are beatable by a single person without the use of the worker pull or the ease of use of hunters and bgh.

I'm thinking we could allow hunters (but not bgh), but i'll leave that up to you guys. What do you say?

in the old days of the epic sclegacy 1v7 challenges you could only use Hunters not BGH.

Hobbes very smart of you to use my popularity for your post (ppl probably think its Me playing against CPUs biggrin.gif You are just missing the _ from the title! I think I can take on 3 if the third is the passive CPU (you know the one that only collects minerals the entire game).

Then its settled, all blizzard maps EXCEPT Big Gay Hunters.

I'll post some replays when i have time to make them but here are some of my passed results:

4 random Cpu's on Killing fields (me terran): basically surrounded myself with with walling buildings and a couple of bunkers, built up an mnm force and some tanks and kicked butt.

5 or 6 random (can't remember) Cpu's on Jungle Rumble at slowest setting (me terran): when played at 'fastest' speed i have insane micro. All my marines become neo and dodge bullets.

7 zerg on homeworld and several other blizzard maps (me zerg): i sunken rush 4 of them. The cpu will direct their forces to aid the fallen allies. I strengthen the positions, but mainly strengthen one of them to take as my expantion. Builds lots and lots of hydras. Kill the other 4 cpus.

Oh and the_noob, i didnt realize it was your name up there, haha. Sorry.

I generally suck against comps. That's why the only map I play them on are maps I make, or maps like arkanoid.
