I've recently just installed iCCup to play some Starcraft in preparation for SC2.

The only time I've played Starcraft was when I was really small, like 8-9 years back, and only campaign. (got a pirated disk)

I've been playing Warcraft 3 on B.net on and off for 6-7 years (still just an average player), starting from RoC.

When I played a few games on iCCup just now, the difference was so huge. It's harder to micromanage and manage your resources compared to WC3. The units, they die so easy with so little hitpoints, the game pace was fast compared to what I am used to (slow ass Warcraft 3).

I would like to just play Protoss it would be nice if you guys could give some general pointers for playing Protoss and some very standard buildorders and strategies with the orders.

I do watch the sc2gg commentaries on a regular basis, but playing and watching is on a whole different level.
