Hi there everybody, i think i posted this one already somewhere, but surely not on this forum.

Those are duuuh, training maps, but since i'm a zerg user, those are mostly designed for zerg, excluding 2 common ones, those maps are made be me, and it took my time to design those, sooo dont whine, cheers.

The Pack includes:

Hydra Micro- A Few of ur hydras against a bunch of Zeolots, try not to lose any hydra, but the map wont kill you if u do. Take into account however that engaging the zeolots into open combat will result in you getting scrapped over, The Instructions are in the briefing.

Muta Micro- u get 2 group of mutas, seems like alot, but i would be so happy about it, since u have to kill all of the enemy scv's, and he doesnt only mine with those, but build and repair as well soo might be hard to find them, especially if the computer decides to build in the middle of the crack. Enemy commands a few groups of marines supported by Medics, so i wouldnt advise to attack openly.

Speedling Harass- This map can be beaten if u dont use the instructions, but it would be best to listen to them, burrow, and speed is ur advantage here, u have to kill all enemy probes.

Burrowling Cliff- Simple trick, not really a training map, u move a few lings below a zeolot wall, and unburrow to get on top of the cliff. You cant kill any of the zeolots, just so u know, luring them doesnt work either, cus they will fight back but wont follow you.

Stop Lurker- U get 3 lurkers against 2 groups of enemies, marines + medics, firebats and tanks. Oh you get 8 lings as a bonus!! The enemy wont see you until u kill at least one of hes units, that why the first shot should be lethal to most of the enemies.

----

Common Maps:

Hotkey Macro/Micro: You have to beat 2 computer controlled enemies, simple? Well not really, since in the meantime you have to micro a drone at top right running from a zeolot. And enemies are fully build and start shitting at you at minute 6, so it aint easy.

Worker Split: You get a base, you get workers, split them to minerals, you have ~10-12 seconds to split them. Find your own best way, the timer helps you tell how good are u at it.

Ok thats about it;

Lol, interesting. I'll be sure to try them all out soon. The muta micro map in particular seems interesting.

The muta micro map is quite simple, besides most of the maps are designed for the begginers to train their micro, and learn how to abuse unit commands to ur advantage, even the stop lurker, with the hold position. The only map i pressume would be of any use for the advanced players would be Hotkey Macro/Micro, which is quite hard, took me 4 tries myself to beat it.

I' will however be making harder ones over time for those interested.

Cheers,

You actually never downloaded maps from the nets?

You have to put it in your map directory which in most cases would be

Program Files/Starcraft/Maps

And then the folder, if thats the problem, unpack to map folder, not the starcraft directory itself, also u have to unpack it.
Then you chose the directory within your game like you'd be browsing useing programs like Norton Commander or even plain old fashioned DOS.

Hope u did understand anything of my babling. And its super simple sleep.gif'

I managed to beat the Stop Lurker map without doing stop lurkers... without losing a single unit. I think you should make it a bit more difficult.
