After I crushed my skull in at the 2:10 mark, and picked up the pieces of my shattered cranial bones and all of my brain matter...
You do not even grasp the very basic nature of the game, so I suggest reading up on the most simplistic guides available.
I read this and thought "Gee, that's a little harsh". Then I watched the replay.
Not good.
Regardless, you asked for help, and I shall try to give it to you.
1.) Only build pylons as your supply demands them. Building extra pylons so early in the game sets you behind tremendously.
2.) You microd your scouting probe really nicely. Problem is, you weren't doing anything else at the same time. Again, mistakes like that so early in the game are tremendously costly. It's far more important that you remember to actually produce units than it is to keep that little bugger alive. Especially when you're obviously so new to the game that you're not going to be able to interpret what you see anyway.
3.) Immediately after your scout died, you qued up 6 zealots from 2 gates. This is really, really pointless. Each gateway can produce only one unit at a time. There is no reason, especially in the early minutes of a game, to que more than one unit per building. It's inefficient use of your resources.
4.) You didn't produce nearly enough probes. That's bad.
5.) After losing all but ONE of those probes to harass, you promptly qued up 5. In that situation, however, it was ok.
6.) Amazingly, your counter on the T's main almost killed him. More amazing is the fact that you actually macrod a little bit during. Good job here. The mistake: You didn't finish off his command center. It was at less than 50 health when he started to repair it. That's 2.5 shots from a single goon.
7.) Again. Constantly produce probes. Bind 0 and 9 to your Nexuses (Nexi?) and every few seconds hit 0p9p. Easy.
8.) Yay! Your second push killed his Command Center. Kudos! Now just remember to keep building units, teching, producing probes and maintaining your supply at the same time.
9.) lol, you posted a winning rep. Don't do that.
Other noteworthy problems.
When playing PvT you really, really,
really need observors. You also really, really,
really need them
early in the game. They should be popping at or around the same time T gets spider mines.
Don't build a forge for one cannon. Spin that shit. Get upgrades, plop down a cannon or two at your nat. Use it. Otherwise its just wasted minerals.
A Toss on 3 bases should have about (and at least) 12 gates pumping units. At the end of the game, you had 2.
And I could get more and more specific with more and more little nit-picky details, but at your level I doubt they'd help. Try to use the advice I've given you. Practice, practice, practice. Mass gaming is the best way to improve. And don't be afraid to ask questions. Asking noob questions is part of the learning process. We're all here to help. Even Ero gave you good advice. Heed it too.
