I was really confused by the 12hatch in main though lol... That is such a weird ass build... that fails. The battle that the title refers to is about 80% of the way into the game (I counter and win from there).

12hatch in main is something you would see on a reversed ramp map like Neo Requiem, or if the Zerg play really really doesn't want to die to early pressure.
